How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can — popular wedding dates book out well in advance. You can book online up to 24 months ahead, and at least 2 days before your event. For anything sooner, give us a call.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 14 days before your event. You can pay by card online, or choose to receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer. Invoices and receipts are always available in your account.
Can I change my booking?
Yes. Log in to your account, open your booking and request a new date, time, package or pickup address. The calendar shows what is free, and we confirm every change personally — usually within one business day.
Is a chauffeur included?
Always. Every hire includes a professional, uniformed chauffeur, so you can relax and enjoy the ride.
Where do you travel?
We cover Sydney & surrounding NSW. Tell us your pickup and destination when booking and we will plan the timings with you.
